Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Subscription Refunds

Free Plan

No charges apply for the free plan. Refunds are therefore not applicable.

  • Cancellation within the withdrawal period (14 days): Full refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellation after the withdrawal period: No refund. Access to the Service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions: Full refund if cancelled within the first 14 days. No pro-rata refund thereafter.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are excluded from refunds:

  • Processing credits already consumed
  • Individually agreed add-on services
  • Enterprise contracts (individually agreed terms apply)

Refund Process

  1. Send an email to rd@byteclick.co with your account information and the reason for your refund request.
  2. We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
  3. The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

In justified individual cases (e.g., technical failures on our end, extended service outages), we may, at our sole discretion, grant exceptions to this policy.
